Exhibitor Application

We are delighted to offer table space for exhibitors in the poster hall for $600 for the week. This space is central to the meeting during the poster sessions. The poster and exhibitor hall is located in the University of New Mexico Student Union Building - Ballroom 3, which is not secured during the meeting (participants can come and go), but will be locked overnight. The exhibitor fee includes:
  • A six foot table and chair
  • Table linen
  • Wi-fi access
  • One meeting registration

We have a limited number of tables available, and will have to limit the number of exhibitors accordingly. We also have meeting sponsorship opportunities, for website and optional printed program listings. Please contact Krista for more information at kherbstr@carleton.edu.
