The Center for College to Workforce Transitions (http://ccwt.wceruw.org/index.html) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a highly qualified individual for a researcher position to lead a suite of mixed-methods studies focused on college internships. This research program will investigate how design features of internship experiences are related to student outcomes including employment, wages, vocational self-concept, and job satisfaction. One of the foci of this research program is to examine potential barriers to participation in work-based learning for low-income, first-generation and/or under-represented minority college students. We are particularly interested in scholars with an interest in and experience with mixed methods research, work-based and experiential learning, and the analysis of policies to improve the academic and career outcomes of first-generation, low-income, and under-represented communities. This position requires the ability and desire to work independently and as part of a larger research team.
This full time position is based in Madison, WI and will require some travel. To apply:
