Information for Speakers and Facilitators
We will meet Friday, October 18th, at 10:30 ET over Zoom to review session plans, go over workshop logistics, and address any questions you may have.

Speakers
- There will be two invited speaker sessions, one Monday morning and one Monday afternoon; view the Program to see the listed speakers and talk subjects, which will be updated as you send us your talk titles.
- Each speaker's talk is 7 minutes long.
- Questions for presenters will be taken as time permits, either after talks or between groups of speakers.
- Presenters may present on their own laptops or on a laptop provided by the workshop.
- By Wednesday Oct. 23rd, email Holly (hkelchner@carleton.edu) the title of your talk and a .pdf or .ppt of your talk slides. Doing so will enable us to have full talks both
- Downloaded and available in preparation for the speaking session at the workshop
- Uploaded to the site as part of the Program, as a reference for workshop participants

Facilitators
- There will be multiple breakout sessions during the workshop. All of these are designed to guide participants towards their curriculum development outcomes.
- Lisa will group participants by shared teaching focus, discipline, or a combination.
- For each session, the main role of the facilitator is to keep the discussion on track, and to check in as a group or with individuals to make sure they know what deliverables they should try to create. Your role in group discussions is largely to guide conversations and other educators towards the named outcomes
- If you need help providing guidance on domain content or curricula approaches during the workshop, please reach out to the conveners.
