For three summers (2010, 2011, 2012), this project ran a one-week course for middle and high school teachers to help them develop an understanding of earth and space science and explore methods of inquiry-based teaching. Topics covered in the course included planetary accretion and evolution and the place of the Earth in the solar system. As a part of their work, the participants developed teaching activities which are available via the website.
