Travel Information

The conference will be held at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. Participants should arrive in Northfield on Wednesday, March 26^th to be there in time for the first conference event at 8 am on Thursday, March 27^th. Hotel rooms will be available on March 26^th. The conference will be over at 12 pm on Friday, March 28^th. Participants should plan to attend all sessions. Return flights from MSP should be scheduled for after 2:45 pm to include time for the shuttle from Northfield to MSP airport and the airport security checkpoint.

Working group members will have meetings between 12 - 4 pm on Friday, March 28^th.

Travel Method:

I will be arriving by air (a shuttle service will be available from MSP airport)

Complete W8/9In order to expedite the reimbursement process following the event, it is important that each attendee has a CURRENT w8/w9 on file with Virginia Tech.
