Welcome to all our presenters! We're excited to have you join us for the conference on research and practice in the Food-Energy-Water (FEW) Nexus. This page provides the essential information for submitting your final presentation materials to ensure a smooth and successful conference experience.

Important Session Information
Oral Presentations (10-Minute & 15-Minute):
- To ensure seamless transitions between presentations, all oral presentations will be delivered from a central conference computer.
- To view your presentation order, visit the agenda page. Presentations are listed by abstract number.
- Deadline: Wednesday, March 26th, 11:59 pm
- Submission Format: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF
- Submission Procedure: Please upload your final presentation file to the Oral Presentation Submission page. This allows SERC staff to compile all presentations in the correct order and test them for compatibility. Please include the abstract number and the first author's last name in the file name (e.g., McFadden_1045.pptx)
- Key Reminder: Timely submission is crucial. We need to receive your presentation by the deadline to guarantee it's included in the conference program.
Poster Presentations:
- For your convenience, Carleton College will be printing all posters.
- Deadline: Wednesday, March 17th, 11:59 pm
- Submission Format: PDF
- Poster Specifications:
- Posters will be displayed on 36" tall x 48" wide individual foam core boards.
- Landscape (36" tall x 48" wide) is the preferred format.
- Please adhere to these maximum dimensions; smaller posters are welcome.
- Please include the abstract number in the upper right corner of the poster.
- The poster file name should include the abstract number and the author's last name (e.g., McFadden_1045.pdf)
- Submission Procedure: Please upload your final poster file to the Poster Submission page.
- Important: Posters must be submitted by the deadline of March 17th to allow adequate time for printing.
