Shuttle Information

We are excited to welcome you to the Education Research and Practice in the FEW-Nexus Conference 2025!

For those of you using the Total Transportation shuttle, please follow the directions below to locate the shuttle pick-up area:

From baggage claim follow signage to lower level Ground Transportation Center. Proceed past the information booth, turn right and take the escalator or elevator up one level to the Brown Ramp/Limo Area. A chauffeur will meet you at the top of the escalator with a name sign. If you have problems locating your chauffeur please call 651-770-5668.

Terminal 1 (main terminal - most arrival flights)

1. Upon arriving at baggage claim, follow signage to lower level Ground Transportation Center.
2. Proceed past the information booth, turn right, and take the escalator or elevator up one level to the Brown Ramp/Limo Area
3. A chauffeur will meet you at the top of the escalator with a name sign
4. If you have problems locating your chauffeur, please call 651-770-5668

Terminal 2 (secondary terminal; Frontier, JetBlue, Sun Country, Southwest)

1. Upon arriving at baggage claim, follow signs for the light rail transit (LRT).
2. Take the light rail to Terminal 1. The light rail is free between Terminal 1 and 2.
3. Once you disembark from the light rail, take the escalators up to level T -- follow signs for the tram
4. Take the tram to the main Ground Transportation Level on level T
5. Follow signs (to the left) for the escalator or elevator up one level to the Brown Ramp/Limo Area
6. A chauffeur will meet you at the top of the escalator with a name sign

Shuttle pick-up times are as follows:

  • 200 pm, 400 pm, 600 pm, and 900 pm
