Participant Checklist

By Friday, May 13

• Confirm your plans to participate in the workshop.

By Saturday, May 14

• Please book your room at the Churchill Hotel. Although you will have to provide a credit card number to book your room online, reservations will be billed to Columbia University.
• If you will be flying or taking a train to Washington DC for the workshop, provide us with the information we need to book your tickets.

Before leaving home

• Please remember to bring proof of COVID vaccination OR proof of a negative covid test from less than 72 hours before the beginning of the workshop to show when you arrive.
• Bring a laptop if you can. Working groups will be taking notes in the participant workspace throughout the workshop.

At the workshop

• We will provide one rapid antigen test to each participant for each morning of the workshop. Please use them.
