Do you think the benefits outweigh the negative impacts of the Three Gorges Dam? As with the Aswan Dam assignment, you should consider economic costs and benefits, effects on the health of humans and the environment, impacts on indigenous cultures, and potential risks. Explain your reasoning for favoring one over the other.
