You can also update information about your own presenter information using the links below.
Oral Presenter Guidelines
All presentations must be uploaded via this form by 8:00am the morning of your talk. Presentation length: 12 minutes in length with 3 additional minutes available for questions. File formats accepted include PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Adobe PDF (.pdf), Word (.doc, .docx). Testing file: If you are concerned about your presentation displaying properly, you can stop by your presentation room starting at 1pm the day of your talk and check it on the official laptop.
A special note for Session Chairs — Please arrive to your session 30 minutes before the start. Your responsibilities will be to ensure all presentations are in the queue, run a timely session and facilitate discussion and questions at the end of each talk.
Poster Presenter Guidelines
Poster sessions will be held on Tuesday afternoon. All posters should be hung by 1:00pm, to prepare for the session.
Due to the number of poster presenters, this year's poster session will be split into two blocks. Presenters are asked to present during their assigned time block (1:30-2:40pm or 2:50-4:00pm). You can find your presentation time (and abstract number) in this poster assignments file.
You are expected to be at your poster during your assigned poster presentation time, but are not required to be there outside of that time. Posters must be up for the full afternoon session.
Please print and bring your poster with you to the Rendezvous - our staff are not able to print your poster. You can also upload your poster and post it as a file on your abstract page; this option is only available to presentations that meet the copyright requirements for online publishing.
Important formatting details!! Size: Maximum 36" x 48" in a vertical/portrait orientation (36" wide by 48" tall). We will provide the supplies needed to hang/mount your poster.
There will be volunteers to help you hang your poster from 7:30-8:30am and from 11:30am-1:00pm on Tuesday.
Share-a-Thon Guidelines
A short description of your share-a-thon activity has been posted on the website and you're welcome to update it with any files you'd like to share, as long as they meet copyright requirements for online publishing. Please bring any materials/handouts you need with you to your demonstration; our staff is not able to make copies for you. If you would like to upload any additional materials, you may do so via this presentation upload form.
