Morning Workshops

Registered for a Monday-Wednesday morning workshop? You can find details about your workshop on the corresponding session page, linked from the Rendezvous Program. The 3-day morning workshops are held from 8:30am-11:30am on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Panel Discussion and Mid-Week Icebreaker

All Rendezvous attendees (regardless of the days you are registered for) are invited to participate in the mid-week icebreaker and panel discussion on Disruption in Earth Education. Also participate in the 10-year anniversary collaborative art project.

Wednesday Social Events

LGBTQ+Allies Social

6:30pm | Victory Brewing Company Philadelphia (1776 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy)

We invite any LGBTQIA participants and allies to meet up for an informal time of food, drinks, and socializing on Wednesday evening. We will meet at Victory Brewing Company at 6:30 pm. Drinks and food will be available for purchase. The tavern is located at 1776 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, about halfway between Temple University and the DoubleTree hotel. There won't be a reservation, so we will cluster around tables as needed and just hang out as long as people want to.

Presenting at the Rendezvous?

Review the Presenter Guidelines web page regarding format and how to upload a digital copy of your presentations and materials. If you are presenting a poster, please bring it with you. Oral presentations should be uploaded no later than 8:00am the morning of your presentation. If you are leading a teaching demo, please bring any materials you may need.

CEU Credit Opportunity

Interested in receiving Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit(s) for participation at the Rendezvous? Complete attendance sign-in sheets and end of workshop evaluations so NAGT staff can verify your participation. Send your request to NAGT's Executive Office at nagtservice@nagt.org.
