Check-In

Registration

  • Registration is located in the atrium of the Temple University Science Education and Research Center (SERC) building.
  • You must check in at the registration table before attending any events, so please allow enough time before your workshop or event begins (with the exception of the Sunday field trip and the Improving the Sustainability of Data-rich Activities through the Community Contribution Tool workshop).
  • Rendezvous attendee badges will be required to enter the SERC building.
  • Did you save your lanyard from last year? If so, reduce waste by bringing it with you and using it again this year!

On-Campus Lodging

Keep an eye out for information regarding on-campus accommodations coming soon. Your Rendezvous point of contact will be Amy Collette acollette@carleton.edu, and she will provide additional information in her communications.

Opening Reception

Join us for the opening reception in the Temple University Science Education and Research Center (SERC) building atrium from 6:30 - 8:00pm on Sunday, July 14! Take this opportunity to meet new colleagues, catch up with old ones, and anticipate a great week of Earth education. There will be a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Explore the Program

We hope that you will take some time to look at the official program and plan how to take advantage of all the Rendezvous has to offer. While you are expected to attend the full morning workshop for which you registered, there are many opportunities to customize afternoon programming. Follow a particular theme or mix and match to create your own conference experience - we want your time at the Rendezvous to be as rewarding and productive as possible! While you can freely move between contributed oral sessions, if you plan to attend an afternoon mini-workshop please stay in the workshop for its full duration.
