Rendezvous Attendee Information for Monday
Check-In
- Monday through Friday, registration will be available under the tent in the PCC Quad from 7:30am - 6:00pm on Monday and 8:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday through Friday.
- You must check in at the registration table before attending any events, so please allow enough time before your workshop or event begins.
Morning Workshops
Registered for a Monday-Wednesday morning workshop? You can find details about your workshop on the corresponding session page, linked to the Rendezvous Program. The morning workshops will be held from 8:30am - 11:30am on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please attend the workshop that you registered for, which can be found on the back of your badge.

Monday Mid-Day Contributed Program
All Rendezvous participants are invited to attend contributed program sessions. The Oral Sessions will be held from 1:30pm - 3:00pm on Monday.

Monday Afternoon Mini-Workshops
Want to attend one of tomorrow's afternoon mini workshops? Rendezvous participants registered for Monday can find the slate of workshops below and linked from the Rendezvous Program. The afternoon mini-workshops will be held from 1:30pm - 4:00pm. No prior registration is required for the mini-workshops.

Monday Poster Session
All Rendezvous participants are invited to attend the Monday Poster Session, held from 4:30pm - 6:00 pm under the tent in the PCC Quad. Presenters are asked to hang their posters by 1:00pm (the Quad will be open to presenters beginning at 7:30am), and the posters will be open throughout the day.
CEU Credit Opportunity
Interested in receiving Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit(s) for participation at the Rendezvous? Complete attendance sign-in sheets and end of workshop evaluations so NAGT staff can verify your participation. Send your request to NAGT's Executive Office at nagtservice@nagt.org.
Presenting at the Rendezvous?
Review the Presenter Guidelines web page regarding format and how to upload a digital copy of your presentations and materials. If you are presenting a poster, please bring it with you. Oral presentations should be uploaded no later than 8:00am the morning of your presentation. If you are leading a teaching demo, please bring any materials you may need.

Outdoor Spaces at the Rendezvous
A number of Rendezvous sessions and events will be held outdoors this year, including the opening reception, posters sessions, daily registration, exhibitors, and field trips. Come prepared for the weather, which is likely to feature hot, sunny days, no rain, and cool nights. Posters, registration, and exhibitor tables will all be located in the PCC Quad under a large tent.
