EER Attendee Information for Friday

Tomorrow may be the last day of the Rendezvous, but robust topics and learning opportunities abound! If you're registered for a morning workshop, the connection info will be the same for tomorrow (and is also posted on the workshop event page). Before you begin Friday's morning workshop, please take a moment to consult the afternoon poster session and round table discussion options. Zoom connection information is posted on the corresponding pages.

Friday Afternoon Options

Poster Session
Four synchronous poster sessions will be held from 11:15-11:45am PT / 12:15-12:45pm MT / 1:15-1:45pm CT / 2:15-2:45pm ET on Friday. All Rendezvous participants are invited to attend. Sessions will include 4-8 posters on similar topics and will start with presentation of a 1-minute lightning talk for each poster, followed by panel discussions among authors and Rendezvous participants to address common themes. Zoom sessions will allow authors to move into Breakout Rooms for more specific discussions with Rendezvous participants.

Session II: Innovative Approaches, Courses, and Resources for Earth-Science Teaching
Session III: Geoscience Education Research
Session IV: The Undergraduate Classroom and Lab Courses II

Round Tables Discussions
Afternoon Round Tables are open to all participants registered for that day (not reserved ahead of time). All roundtable discussions will take place online using Zoom, unless otherwise noted. The discussion will be held at 12:00-1:45pm PT / 1:00-2:45pm MT / 2:00-3:45pm CT / 3:00-4:45pm ET.
