Dear Rendezvous Contributed Program Presenters,

The Online Rendezvous is just around the corner and we are excited to learn more about your contributed program contribution! Thank you again for your patience as we have converted the Rendezvous to an online event.

If you have not yet registered for the Rendezvous, please do so at your soonest convenience. Each presenting author must be registered for at least one day of the Rendezvous in order to present. You can choose whichever day(s) are of interest to you. Thanks to all who have already registered.
Register here:

We have posted a set of Presenter Guidelines, which outlines specific details of how the sessions will be set up and preparatory information that will help participants learn more about your abstract ahead of the Rendezvous. We ask that you read through the instructions pertaining to the session type(s) you will be involved with. If you are not the presenting author, please forward this email to the presenter.

We also encourage all presenters to upload their materials to their abstract page using the presentation upload form. This also includes an option for uploading a short 'lightning video' that introduces your presentation. Please complete the presentation upload form at your earliest convenience, and by Thursday, July 9.

To improve accessibility for video uploads, we encourage presenters to consider adding captions.
We have assembled tips and instructions here:

You can find your presentation info from the session info linked from this page:
https://serc.carleton.edu/earth_rendezvous/2020/program/contributed_program.html or can search the program for your abstract. Note that the dates and times slotted for presentations are final; we are not able to accommodate alternate presentation dates or times for any reason. Poster presenters and Share-a-Thon presenters will have an opportunity to designate their presentation hours when uploading their presentation.

The site will continue to display new information up to and during the conference, so check back often! Also, if you have not yet done so, please login to your account (or create one with this email address) and upload a recent photo to accompany your author information.

Thank you for being part of the Earth Educators' Rendezvous and we look forward to learning from you and with you. If you have any questions please contact Ryan Hollister (RHollister@turlock.k12.ca.us) or Chris Berg (cberg5@occ.cccd.edu).
