Dear Colleagues,
In light of the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to assure our community that we are paying close attention to global, federal, and local health officials, including those at Stanford University, and will follow recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Stanford University has issued recommendations for events held on campus through April 15, and we will work with our colleagues there to stay informed over the coming months. At this time, we are continuing to plan for the Rendezvous as scheduled, July 13-17, at the School of Earth, Energy and Environmental Sciences at Stanford University. We are still accepting submissions for posters and share-a-thons through May 18 and early bird registration is open through May 4.
NAGT will provide updates to you by email as we have them, and the latest information also will be available for the Rendezvous community at our COVID-19 update page.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to follow recommendations from their own communities to stay healthy and limit spread of the virus.
