published Jan 18, 2019 6:45am

Upcoming Conference: Developing a National Research Agenda for STEM Academic Support in Higher Education. This is an NSF-funded collaboration between Northwestern University and Washington University in St. Louis, and will take place May 30-31, 2019 on the Northwestern University campus in Evanston, IL.

The conference aims to bring scholars and practitioners together, in order to collaboratively create an enhanced national research agenda around academic support in STEM higher education. This will be a working conference, in which attendees actively engage in idea development. Individuals will work in small groups to identify and flesh out pressing national-level questions in STEM academic support in higher education, and to begin to develop their own local research plans.

Because of space limitations, and to ensure a diverse mix of professional roles and institutional types, we are using an application process. The application deadline is February 1, 2019. There is no conference registration fee.
