The Development of Geoscientists: From Novice to Professional

This set of technical sessions at the 2010 Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union explored strategies and approaches that can be used to effectively initiate novices into the ranks of professional geoscientists. The sessions were organized by Leila M. Gonzales, Kim A. Kastens, David W. Mogk, and S. Rahman, and sponsored by the National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) and AGU's Education and Human Resources division.
