10:45-11:20 Disciplinary Team Meetings: exchange reviews, discuss materials and surrounding issues, outline important concepts for supporting materials
11:20-12:00 Individual Work Time: reflect on changes and initiate development of supporting materials needed for individual activites; website development help available. Review Criteria
12:00 Lunch: Informal Discussion "What do you want to get from this workshop?"
1:00-2:30 Whole Group Meeting-Goal: Set Activity Template
- Progress reports and comments
- Reflections on common elements in activity pages
- Identify key challenges and issues crossing all activities, relationship to equations and model pages
2:30-2:45 Break
2:45-3:30 Whole Group Meeting: Brainstorm equations and model modules
3:30-6:30 Individual Working Time: upper division activities into CMS with first draft of supporting materials finished by Friday AM
(Disciplinary teams schedule their own meetings if needed)

Friday, July 16
8:30-9:15 Whole Group Meeting:
- Issues arising from yesterdays work
- Revisit equations and models-Consider basic rules for site structure
9:15-11:15 Equations and Models module teams meet separately to make a plan and start working
- Things you might want to do:
- Brainstorm at a more detailed level
- Create as a group a top page
- Surf to see what else is already available
- Things you must do:
- Make inspiration diagram or a site outline and assign tasks
- Create proposed page structure and navigation with at least 4 pages
- Experiment with at least 4 pages
- Talk to Cathy about your plan
11:15-12:00 Whole Group meeting:
- Turn in inspiration diagram or outline and task assignments
- Share inspiration diagrams
- Consider common elements/structure for both modules
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-2:00 Disciplinary team meetings to review progress and plans--develop plan for reviewing revised activities
2:00-3:00 Module teams meet to review progress and plans
3:00-6:30 Work time to develop modules and activities

10:30 Individual Work Time: Finish final draft upper division activities and first draft intro activity

4:00-5:30 Share final modules, develop recommendations for next steps, make site live.
