Important Note
This training should take 1-2 hours to complete in total. For new employees and for those learning about web accessibility for the first time, please remember that this is an introduction to a very large topic and set of skills that you may not immediately find intuitive. You may find that some parts of the training are relevant to your current work, and others you will revisit later to expand your understanding and practice the changes in workflow required to improve our accessibility standards. You can expect the first time you try out these exercises or implement these concepts in your work to take longer and feel challenging. However, as with any new topic or skill set, you will quickly find that many of these considerations can become second nature with a little practice. You are encouraged to complete the entire training to build an understanding of the breadth of accessibility considerations and to return to the topics that are most relevant to you in your work as needed.
