Participant Checklist
May 3 (Individual Attendees)
Complete the Registration Form. Institutional team leads will be asked to provide a list of attendees who will individually complete the registration form to provide information to the host campus.
May 27 (Institutional Teams)
Make an institutional poster for the Institutional Sharing session on Tuesday. Starting with the Poster Template (PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx) 42kB Apr5 24), each team should put together a single poster that will share the activities your team has been working on. Send us your poster by May 27 if you want to have it printed on site. Otherwise, please bring the poster with you to the Retreat.
Before the Retreat
- As an institutional team, create a list of activities you have done or want to do as part of the LCC4 work. We will be sharing these during the workshop as a way of increasing collaboration across institutions.
- As an institutional team, think about where collaborating with others in the LCC would help you. There will be time for lightning presentations. "We are doing X and we're looking for someone who is doing Y to round out our collaboration."
- LTs should have a discussion about what they would like to share with the whole group. We will be using the Rose-Bud-Thorn framework to share successes, successes on the horizon, and challenges from the last year. This is also a time to actively invite the rest of the LCC to contribute to your data-gathering work. Each group will have 10-15 minutes.
