Retreat Participant Checklist
By May 22 (LT Leaders):
- Devise one or more discussion prompts for the Tuesday LT sessions. These two sessions are meant to provide time for institutional sharing as well as small-group discussion within the LTs. Drop your discussion prompt(s) into the designated area on pages set up for note taking: LT1 | LT2 | LT3
We will prompt participants to take a look at the prompts ahead of time so that they can be thinking about what they want to add to the discussion.
By May 29 (Each Team):
- Make an institutional poster for the Tuesday poster session. Using the Poster Template (PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx) 46kB May12 23), each team should put together a single poster that will share the activities your team has been working on. This is a view of your project from 30,000 feet and your presentations at the initial LT meetings can be a good starting place. Consult the Poster Guidelines (Microsoft Word 2007 (.docx) 19kB May12 23) for help scoping what you put on the poster. The Bryn Mawr team has graciously made their poster (Acrobat (PDF) 732kB May12 23) available as an example.
- Submit your poster to us for printing.
We will being printing posters on May 30. If you do not have your poster ready by then, please print it on your own and bring it with you to the Retreat.
