  • What is the cost of buying or renting equipment?
    • Buying is expensive, but renting can be very affordable, on the order of a few hundred dollars 
    • Contact IRIS to rent equipment
  • Hands-on demo of what electrical resistivity is as an intro to the resistivity module, using a multi-meter to measure resistivity and how it varies with salinity, porosity
  • Students may need an introduction to Excel, or if computer access is limited, the graphing exercises can be done on paper
    • Googlesheet versions of the Excel spreadsheet exercises are available as well
  • Visuals of instructions would be helpful ("open the file, click here, ...")
  • More case studies would be lovely
