Getting Started
If this is your first time using E-Internship, complete the onboarding process. This will introduce you to the platform and guide you through setting up your dashboard.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Once the internship coordinator and student have created their accounts, both dashboards can be accessed through the link provided or from the side navigation bar.
Setting Up the Dashboard
The dashboard has several sections to help manage the E-Internship program:
- Internship Dates: Set important dates for the internship, such as the start date, mid-point, and end date. This helps the student stay organized and track their progress.
- Skills and Goals: Identify the skills the student wants to develop and the goals they want to achieve during their internship. This will help them focus on their efforts and measure success.
- Self-Assessment Categories: Choose the categories that are most relevant to the student's internship goals. This allows you to tailor the self-assessment process to their specific needs.
Tracking Progress
The dashboard provides a clear overview of the student's progress through the E-Internship program. Each step is marked with a color-coded box to indicate its status:
- Orange: Current step
- Green: Completed step
- Gray: Not yet started

Key Steps in E-Internship
- Pre-Internship Reflection (steps 1-4 on Dashboard): Before starting the internship, the student will reflect on their goals and expectations.
- Mid-Internship Self-Assessment (steps 5-9 on Dashboard): The student will evaluate their progress halfway through their internship.
- End-of-Internship Self-Assessment (steps 10-12 on Dashboard): The student will reflect on their overall experience and accomplishments at the end of your internship.
- Final Report: EvaluateUR-Internship will provide a summary of the student's internship experience, including key achievements and learning outcomes.
