About EvaluateUR-Internship
EvaluateUR-Internship supports students participating in government, business, or industry internship experiences.
EvaluateUR-Internship, or E-Internship, helps students gain deeper self-awareness of their skills and problem-solving abilities by guiding them through reflective assessments related to their internship experiences. This process enhances their professional development without placing a significant evaluation burden on their internship supervisor.
E-Internship provides:
- Self-reflection and self-awareness: E-Internship is designed to help users become more aware of their problem-solving skills, strengths, and weaknesses. It does this through a series of assessments and reflective exercises.
- Skill development: The program focuses on developing skills that are valuable in the workplace, such as those related to analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Improved metacognition: By encouraging self-reflection and analysis of their internship experiences, E-Internship aims to enhance users' metacognitive skills, which refer to their awareness and understanding of their own cognitive processes. This can lead to improved learning and problem-solving abilities.
