Submit a Design for the 2026 EER T-shirt

We're excited to announce that we are now accepting design submissions for the 2026 Earth Educators' Rendezvous conference t-shirt! If you're interested in contributing a design, please review the requirements below to be sure your submission can be considered.

Design Guidelines:

• Must incorporate the EER logo (the "swirl").
• Must include the following text in the correct conference font style (Cinzel):
  • Earth Educators' Rendezvous
  • Columbia, SC
  • 2026
• Should be based on the local site and surrounding area
• Use 2–3 colors total for the design. We will be choosing t-shirt colors based on availability and price.
• Avoid very small design elements or thin lines that may be lost when the image is resized.

The planning committee will make a selection from the submitted designs by March 15. If your design is selected, we will ask you to resubmit artwork as a vector file (.ai Illustrator, .eps, or .svg formats only). More than 1 design can be submitted per person. All designs must be submitted here by February 15th.
