EER Attendee Information for Tuesday
We hope those who joined us for Monday are having a wonderful experience so far! Before tomorrow's sessions begin, please take a moment to consult the Program for Tuesday's afternoon opportunities. Options include a Share-a-Thon session, teaching demos, round table discussions, and a plenary session.
Morning Workshops
Registered for a Monday-Wednesday morning workshop? You can find details about your workshop on the corresponding session page, linked from the Rendezvous Program. The 3-day morning workshops are held from 8:30-11:30am on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Tuesday Afternoon Options
- Share-a-Thon (1:30-2:40pm), Coffman Memorial Union Mississippi Room - Part of the contributed program, the Share-a-thon is a round-robin presentation in which participants have 1 to 2 minutes to do a "lightning talk" with an overview of an activity they contributed prior to the Rendezvous, followed by time to interact with attendees and answer questions in a small group format.
- Teaching Demos (2:50-4:10pm), Bruininks 131A - If you are looking for ways to support student learning and engagement, check out Tuesday's teaching demos.
- Round Table Discussions (3:00-4:15pm), Coffman Memorial Union Mississippi Room - Round table discussions are designed as informal, small group discussions around a particular topic, moderated by a colleague with experience and expertise in the topic. Check out Tuesday's round table topics.
- Plenary (4:30-5:45pm), Tate B50 - Wendy Todd, Equitable Education For ALL: Re-Imagining (Geo)Science Education Practices By Acknowledging The Importance Of Cultural Identity In Science
Tuesday Evening Activity
SERC's 20th Anniversary Celebration
We're excited to invite you to SERC's 20th anniversary celebration! Join us on Tuesday, July 12, at The Market at Malcolm Yards - Machine Shop Room, from 6:30-9pm. Come spend a celebratory evening with SERC staff and fellow friends of SERC. Light refreshments will be served. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase. Skip the front desk, and head straight to the Machine Shop Room on your left to open a 'yard card' in order to purchase additional food and beverage. We hope to see you there!

Presenting at the Rendezvous?
Please review the Presenter Guidelines web page regarding format guidelines and for information on how to upload a digital copy of your presentations and materials. If you are presenting a poster, please bring it with you. Oral presentations should be uploaded no later than 8am the morning of your presentation. If you are leading a teaching demo, please bring any materials you may need.

CEU Credit Opportunity
Interested in receiving Continuing Education Unit credit(s) for participation at the Rendezvous? Complete the end of workshop evaluations and attendance sign-in sheets. Send your request to NAGT's Executive Office at nagtservice@nagt.org.
Support participation in future Rendezvous!
Help an educator attend the Rendezvous by making a donation to the NAGT Professional Development Fund during this year's Rendezvous (July 10 - July 15).

Accessibility and Accommodations
The Earth Educators' Rendezvous is committed to providing universal access to our programming and supporting accommodation requests to the best of our ability, including both disability accommodations as well as other circumstances. Some of the resources available are listed on the Participant Information Page; if you need additional support, please see staff at the registration table to request assistance with accommodations that are available that can support your needs.
Building Access
Some buildings on the University of Minnesota Campus may be locked during portions of the Rendezvous program.
- Participants staying at Yudof: Participants who are staying at on-campus lodging (Yudof Hall) will receive key cards that will give them access to those buildings.
- Rendezvous staff: Rendezvous staff will be available to let participants into buildings when necessary.
- Assist a fellow educator: Hold the door for your fellow Rendezvous attendees if you encounter a locked door!
- Help line: If you are unable to get into a building and none of the above options are available to you, call 507-222-5339. You will be connected with a Rendezvous staff member who will be able to assist you.
