Recruiting CURE instructors for mentorship study (Fall 2025)

Hi! I'm Josh Fandel, a PhD student studying biology education research with Dr. Jenny Knight at CU Boulder. I'm working to characterize mentorship, an important component of independent undergraduate research experiences, in course-based research (i.e., CUREs).

To gather data, I am administering a set of surveys to students enrolled in course-based research classes in Fall 2025 at institutions across the country, and would love to work with as many instructors as possible.
