Stipends and Expenses

Compensation Information for Participating Faculty


Stipends and expenses are available for selected State Your Case! project activities throughout our funding period (Fall 2008 - Spring 2011). Compensation is provided by the faculty member's institution upon completion of the activity. Institutions are reimbursed periodically for these expenditures by the Teagle grant supporting the project. Below is a summary of the stipends and expenses associated with each type of project activity; click on the links for each activity for additional compensation details.

Being a State Your Case! instructor: $300 stipend per demonstration course; maximum of two demonstration courses per participant

Participating in a Learning and Teaching Center State Your Case! event or a State Your Case! clinic: Transportation expenses between Northfield and St. Paul

Participating in a State Your Case! workshop: $200 stipend and transportation expenses between Northfield and St. Paul

Presenting at a State Your Case! workshop: $300 stipend and transportation expenses between Northfield and St. Paul

Presenting at a regional or national conference: $300-$500 toward conference expenses
