Participant Checklist

By October 15, 2024:

• Register for the workshop. Invited participants need to register to provide the workshop conveners with necessary information about their participation.

By November 15, 2024:

• Submit a completed W9 to receive your participation stipend. Information on how to do this will be emailed to participants after they register.

Before arriving at the workshop:

• Read some resources ahead of the workshop to ensure a common knowledge base. See the Participant Workspace for these resources.
• In-person participants, arrange your lodging and transportation! Participants must arrange their own lodging and transportation for the workshop. Some hotel options near the venue are listed on the Overview Page.
