Charles Henderson and colleagues have just published a book called Designing Educational Innovations for Sustained Adoption. This How-To Guide is written for change agents on university campuses who are developing college-level educational innovations, such as, but not limited to, new pedagogies or course redesigns. The guide provides helpful hints, common mistakes to avoid, lessons learned, and research data on designing and sustaining educational innovations. It outlines the questions to ask and strategies for formulating sound answers. It also has workbook activities for each step.
