Join a team of scholars and change agents leading an institution-wide educational transformation project in the Center for STEM Learning at the University of Colorado Boulder! The Teaching Quality Framework Initiative is hiring for a postdoctoral-level position to support institutional change through transforming the evaluation of teaching for merit, promotion, and tenure in higher education. The postdoc will primarily be responsible for supporting the College of Engineering and Applied Science by facilitating departmental working groups, and will also participate in university-wide conversations on teaching effectiveness, with opportunities for dissemination of results through research.
