Join a team of scholars and change agents leading an institution-wide educational transformation project in the Center for STEM Learning at the University of Colorado Boulder! The Teaching Quality Framework Initiative is hiring for a postdoctoral-level position to support institutional change through transforming the evaluation of teaching for merit, promotion, and tenure in higher education. The postdoc will primarily be responsible for supporting the College of Engineering and Applied Science by facilitating departmental working groups, and will also participate in university-wide conversations on teaching effectiveness, with opportunities for dissemination of results through research. The successful candidate will have an interest or background in engineering, institutional change, education research, and programmatic assessment. This is an initial 12-month appointment with an ideal start date of June 15, 2020 (flexible), which is potentially renewable, pursuant to university policies and funding. Our goal is to begin reviewing applications April 13, 2020, and we will continue to review applications until the position is filled.
The leads on the project team are Noah Finkelstein, Sarah Andrews, Alanna Pawlak, Dena Rezaei, and Mark Gammon.
