Make an Atmosphere Lantern Make a paper atmosphere lantern to explore different features of Earth's atmosphere.  These atmosphere lanterns were made by kids during a summer program in 2021. EUREKUS What You'll Need: Atmosphere Lantern Instructions Lantern Base Template Short Lantern Template Tall Lantern Template Atmosphere Layer Trading Cards A lithium button battery A LED light Tape Glue stick Hot glue (optional) Scissors Markers or colored pencils Directions Review the Atmosphere Lantern Instructions. Print the Lantern Base Template on card stock. Choose whether you'd like to make a short or tall lantern, and print either the Short Lantern Template or the Tall Lantern Template on regular paper. Color your lantern template and add things like clouds and aircraft to the correct part of atmosphere. Use the Atmosphere Layer Trading Cards for ideas about what to add to your lantern.
