Participants receiving funding from the MARGINS Office should call the Boston University travel agency, Garber Travel (617-353-1700), to book their airfare to Washington, D.C. Please reference the reservation code MSC.

If your flight is delayed or you encounter other problems during travel, please call the MARGINS Office Administrator at 386-846-3472. If the MARGINS cell phone is unreachable, please phone the Holiday Inn Rosslyn and ask them to pass on a message to Cary Kandel.
Hotel Booking and Meeting Registration
There is a room block being held at the Holiday Inn for all workshop participants.
All participants receiving funding from the MARGINS Office will receive accommodation for two nights in a room with 2 double beds. Participants will be paired randomly (with same sex), unless a roommate request is received. Please send your roommate requests to Cary Kandel, MARGINS Office Administrator. All roommate requests must be received by Thursday, March 8, 2007. Please consult the Participant List (coming soon), this list only includes those participants receiving travel support).
If you are not receiving travel support from the MARGINS Office for this workshop, please call the Holiday Inn (reference the three-letter reservation code) and provide a credit card number to make your reservation. You must make your reservation with the Holiday Inn by Thursday, March 8, 2007 in order to get a room in our block (at the government rate: $188 per night).
