Image Description: I've been exploring the ocean most of my life. First scientific ocean drilling expedition was ODP Leg 124 (1988) and latest upcoming in 2021 (IODP 396). But much of my career has been drilling on or near Antarctica, studying the secrets of ice sheet history & stability.
