Using E-Student OA during an Internship

E-Individual can help students participating in government, business, or industry internship experiences gain deeper self-awareness of their skills and problem-solving abilities by guiding them through reflections related to their internship experiences. These reflections aim to enhance your metacognitive skills, which refer to your awareness and understanding of your own cognitive processes. This can lead to improved learning and problem-solving abilities.
