There are leadership opportunities within NAGT for educators at all levels, from students to faculty, education professionals outside of academia, K-12 teachers, and research scientists. All are welcome at this session. Feel free to bring your lunch!

Current leaders in NAGT will provide an overview of the many opportunities for leadership, the wide range of motivations that led to their involvement, and the benefits that leadership have given them. Participants will be guided through a reflection on their own skills, interests, goals, and available time, and how they can align those with opportunities within NAGT. After considering the opportunities that are best aligned with their goals, participants will engage in a round of "speed-dating," in which they will have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with different leaders about their experiences.
