Foundational information needs to be stipulated as already in evidence

Due to the time limit of your mock trial and its limited scope, it is necessary to stipulate that certain foundational information, facts, and data are already entered into evidence. This enables you to focus your mock trial on the aspects of the Woburn Toxic Trial that you and your class have studied. In the OSU mock trials, I stipulate several maps and datasets to be already in evidence. This includes the well logs from which the geologic cross are made in Module 3, the USGS water-level data from which the potentiometric maps are made in Module 4, and the VOC data. These datasets can be downloaded from the Resource Collections webpages.
