In this effort, all parts of the international Earth and Space Sciences community have been invited to reflect on using ICON processes and FAIR principles to advance their field. A collection of commentaries reflecting on past work and future opportunities will be published and freely available in the AGU open-access journal, Earth and Space. The development process has been underway since October of this year and is in final stages of open review.

Three commentary teams have now posted draft commentaries on opportunities and barriers to collaboration in geoscience education. Please view the drafts and use the comment form to provide writing teams with feedback. Drafts are under ICON leadership and community review until January 1, 2022 .
