Engineering Integration Professional Development Workshop
August 14-15, 2019
Professional development workshop for NextGen-WA Implementation teams on developing engineering integration activities for university courses. Held at Central Washington University, Ellensburg, WA. Lead by Ann McMahon (UW-Bothell), Patrick Burnell (Whatcom Community College), and Jennifer Dechaine (Central Washington University).
The two goals of the workshop were to:
- Introduce participants to NGSS-aligned engineering integration, including key references
- Provide the tools and expert consultant support for participants to draft an engineering integration activity for their own university course
In addition to the leaders, this workshop was attended by:
