Workshop for NextGen Management Team on the major capacity-building themes of NextGen-WA: Diversity in STEM Teacher Preparation, and key components of Organizational Change.

Workshop goals:

• Participants are able to clearly articulate NextGen Vision and Goals
• Participants are able to explain how their Working Group efforts relate to other Working Group efforts and to overall project goals
• Participants can identify the key components of Organizational Change, effective Collaboration Building, and Diversity that need to be addressed to improve STEM Teacher Preparation
• Participants are able to integrate NextGen-WA Diversity goals and objectives with their Working Group goals and objectives.
