Sept 12, 2018, NextGen Management Team Retreat
NextGen Management Team retreat on campus of WSU-Vancouver.
Goals of this retreat:
- Operationalize the project's theory of action, particularly related to how working groups will support Implementation Teams in navigating all stages of the river model of change (Elrod and Kezar, 2016)
- Clarify the timeline for the project's work, both during and after the current NSF grant
- Develop a communication plan that clearly shares necessary information with relevant stakeholder groups
- Reevaluate the project's management structure to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Articulate a feasible plan for measuring impact
