I was wondering if I could get some feedback about selecting the best book for my students at my community college. I teach an intro geology course in which i have use tarbuck et. al Earth, intro to physical geology; then switch to Reynolds et al Exploring geology. I found that the exploring geology even though is the best book so far, it might be better suited for geology major students. I am considering switching either to the essential earth (freeman) and cengage learning book: Geol. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
