Dietary and Accommodation Information


Programmatic Accommodations. The NAGT Earth Educators' Rendezvous organizers are committed to providing universal access to our programming and supporting special accommodation requests to the best of our ability. Please check the box below if you would like a meeting organizer to follow up with you to assist with accommodations that support your needs (e.g. mobility accommodations, lactation room). Advance notice is necessary to arrange accommodation requests.

Cancellations/refund policy: full refund if canceled by June 12, 50% refund if canceled by Jun 19.
