12:15 ET Planning Outreach Activity of 2YC-Disciplinary Society Collaboration and Associated Resources
Each participant will plan an outreach activity/event (e.g., one-hour workshop, virtual session, disciplinary society representatives meeting with others) to engage multiple people (same discipline or multiple disciplines) in their institution or region (and, for society reps, with disciplinary society or with other societies in same discipline). Campus activities could be co-led with colleague on campus who is not in the workshop.
Work time on designing outreach activity/event following from possible "templates or models."

Each participant will plan for meeting with an administrator or disciplinary society colleague for a strategic dialogue about the potential benefits of 2YC-DS engagement and what support the administrator/colleague could provide.
