The C-ChanGe Model

The resources on this page are adapted from professional development activities that C-ChanGe led for its cohort of change agent teams. These teams were composed of three geoscience faculty members from eight four-year institutions around North America that were engaged in making positive changes at the departmental level.  C-ChanGe is making the materials below available so that change agents at other institutions can engage in this learning and work independently.

Unit topics promote leadership development and inclusive practices at the individual, department or program, and/or institutional scales. Each unit pairs asynchronous homework accessing high-quality educational research products with synchronous meetings of the whole cohort to discuss the homework and learn from each other.  Materials included in each unit were drawn from the work of recognized leaders in each area.
