Problem: College readiness. Students' have anxiety about doing college-level work.

Vision: Acclimate pre-college students to college-level expectations

Goals: Engage student from Day 1 in activities to decrease anxiety
- track student readiness by early testing to assess incoming knowledge-base
- explore feasibility of discipline specific placement exams for STEM, besides math

Action Steps:
- develop activities for day 1 that are non-content based, engaging, and fun
- develop online readiness test
