I was! But I fixed it and here's how...

(In AEJEE, "edgy")

"Tools"
"Projection"
Click the + next to "Geographic Latitude/ Longitude"
Click Latitude/Longitude and make sure the Units are "Decimal Degrees"

Once you've done this your GPS park points should line up with the park tif.
