This chapter walked you through a search with pre-selected criteria. Use the Ramsar Wetland Data Gateway again, this time making your own choices about the location, size, and kind of wetland you'd like to find. Keep in mind that the more search criteria you add, the fewer the number of wetland sites that will fit your search, so don't add too many restrictions.

You may also want to see if you can use the Gateway to locate wetlands near you, or sites that support specific types of plants or animals.
