Background Information

JD has been teaching economics at SBVC since 1987. Before that he was the Chief Economist at the Southern California Association of Governments in Los Angeles from 1981-1987. JD earned his Ph.D. in Economics, 1981 at the University of Southern California (USC) and B.A. in Economics at the University of Illinois.
